Known by the farmer.

"The best cheese on your menu should come with a name, a farm, and a story — not a distributor code."

19+ Varieties available across our producers

Stone Cellar Provisions was built on a simple conviction: South Central Pennsylvania is home to some of the most interesting cheesemaking in the country, and the restaurants of Gettysburg and Adams County deserve direct access to it.

We work personally with Amish and farmstead producers across Lancaster, Chester, Blair, and Adams Counties — visiting farms, understanding seasonal cycles, and building relationships that ensure the cheese arriving at your kitchen door is the same cheese we'd put on our own table.

We don't move commodity product. We move the cave-aged gouda an Amish family has been making for three generations and the seasonal sheep milk feta that's only available from May through September. If you can put a name to it, we can probably source it.

The Producers

Every cheese has a farm behind it.

We source from a curated group of South Central Pennsylvania producers, each selected for the quality and distinctiveness of what they make. Our producer list grows slowly and deliberately — we visit before we carry.
